Getting started

CircuitProof turns your panels, batteries, inverters, and loads into a code-aware one-line diagram, a bill of materials, and a compliance report — with every number citing the NEC or ABYC clause it came from.

The 60-second loop

1. Sign up free, or open the wire-size calculator without an account.
2. Create a design — or start from a template (van, off-grid cabin, sailboat).
3. Drag components onto the canvas and wire them together. Each connection is sized live.
4. Press Run check for advisory ABYC/NEC findings.
5. Generate a PDF report (one-line diagram, BOM, calculation appendix, disclaimer).

What it computes

Conductor ampacity, voltage drop, minimum wire size, overcurrent (fuse/breaker) selection, battery-bank capacity, inverter sizing, and solar array/controller sizing — see the calculator reference for the exact formula and code citation behind each.
